Services

Procurement and logistics as one scope — because split between a trader and a forwarder, the gap is yours.

Equipment selection and supply

Selection begins with the duty. We need the medium, the pressure and temperature range, the required throughput and the constraints of the existing layout — from those the machine type follows, and only then the manufacturer.

What this covers

Technical specification

Establishing what the process requires and specifying equipment against it, including cases where the enquiry arrives as a part number with no context.

OEM parts and qualified equivalents

Original components where production continues; verified equivalents where it has ended, identified as such in writing before the order.

Spares and wear components

Consumables and wear parts for installed equipment — filter elements, seals, bearings, abrasion-exposed assemblies.

02

Logistics support

Freight is planned while the equipment is still being specified, because dimensions, weight and classification determine the route as much as the price does.

What this covers

Freight and routing

Road, sea and air, chosen against the cargo's dimensions, urgency and the corridors actually open to it.

Customs documentation

Classification, certificates of origin and the compliance paperwork the crossing requires, prepared alongside the order.

Oversized and heavy cargo

Machines that exceed standard road limits, with permits and route surveys handled as part of the delivery.

After delivery

Supply does not end at the gate. Where an installation needs it, the scope extends further.

01

Installation supervision

Manufacturer's supervision during installation, arranged with the equipment rather than sourced separately.

02

Commissioning

Start-up and commissioning work, coordinated with your maintenance window.

03

Modernisation

Upgrading outdated units where replacement is neither necessary nor affordable.
